Important Information About the OCORO Heart Study:

Open to adult (18+) in the U.S. with a diagnosed heart condition
Observational only: no travel, no changes to your current meds. We simply observe your health data while you use medical-grade wearables and devices.
There is no cost to join the study, and no compensation for participating in the study.
You will receive a summary* of data collected from you during the research that you can choose to share with your doctor.
